We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

• Game Progress: Your current and saved games
• Statistics: Your game completion times, win rates, and performance metrics
• Settings: Your app preferences (difficulty level, color coding, sound settings, etc.)
• Subscription Status: Information about your premium subscription (managed by Apple)
• Hint Usage: Number of hints used and available

Optional iCloud Data

If you choose to enable iCloud sync (disabled by default):

• Your game data and settings are stored in your private iCloud storage
• This data is encrypted and only accessible to you
• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings

Apple App Store & Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple handles all payment processing and subscription management.

Subscription Information

When you purchase a subscription:

• Apple processes the payment and manages your subscription
• We only receive confirmation that you have an active subscription
• We do not receive your payment details, credit card information, or billing address
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (for Free Users)

Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information to serve relevant ads:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA)
• IP address
• Device type and OS version
• Ad interaction data

Premium subscribers do not see ads and are not subject to AdMob data collection.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Disable "Personalized Ads"

Apple StoreKit

We use Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Apple may collect transaction data as described in their privacy policy.

Apple Game Center

We use Apple's Game Center service (GameKit) to provide optional leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple and may collect information such as your Game Center player name, Apple ID, game scores, and achievement progress as described in Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID email address or other personal account details from Game Center.

Apple CloudKit (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, we use Apple's CloudKit to store your data in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect personal information, there's very little to "use." The data stored locally on your device is used solely to:

• Provide game functionality and save your progress
• Display your statistics and achievements
• Remember your app preferences and settings
• Manage your subscription status (via Apple)
• Sync your data across devices (if you enable iCloud)

Data Sharing and Disclosure

The only data sharing that occurs is:

• Apple: Subscription status, Game Center scores and achievements, and transaction information (managed by Apple's App Store and Game Center)
• Google AdMob: Anonymous advertising data for free users (see Third-Party Services section)

We may disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, but since we don't collect personal data, there's very little to disclose.

Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• Local Storage: All game data is stored securely on your device using iOS's built-in security features
• iCloud Encryption: If you use iCloud sync, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• No Server Storage: We don't store your data on our servers, eliminating the risk of server breaches
• App Store Security: Subscription data is protected by Apple's security measures

However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Sudoku Mind Booster is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Since we don't collect personal information, the app is safe for children to use. However, we recommend parental supervision for in-app purchases.

Parents can:

• Enable "Ask to Buy" in Family Sharing to approve purchases
• Disable in-app purchases in Screen Time settings
• Monitor app usage through Screen Time

Your Privacy Rights

Data Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and accessible to you at any time
• Delete: You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app or using "Delete All Games" in Settings
• Export: Your statistics are viewable in the app at any time
• Opt-Out: You can disable iCloud sync, ads tracking, and other features in Settings

International Users

Sudoku Mind Booster is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud account, there are no international data transfers to worry about.

If you use iCloud sync, your data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure, which may be located in various countries. Apple's privacy policy governs this storage.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Providing an in-app notification for significant changes

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
